Low on Oil

A lot of folks can't understand how we came to have an oil shortage here in our country so we have to buy it from people who hate us.

~~~
Well, there's a very simple answer.
~~~
Nobody bothered to check the oil.
~~~
We just didn't know we were getting low..
~~~
The reason for that is purely geographical.
~~~
Our OIL is located in:
~~~
ALASKA
~~~
California
~~~
Coastal Florida
~~~
Coastal Louisiana
~~~
Montana
~~~
North Dakota
~~~
Wyoming
~~~
Colorado
~~~
Kansas
~~~
Oklahoma
~~~
Pennsylvania
and
Texas
~~~
Our dipsticks are located in DC
Any Questions?
I've seen that e mail. I also have an e mail with photos in Alaska where they would drill and there is nothing beautiful there, no endangered cariboo or anything else. Alaskans would very much like to have what the economic benefits would be too. Or so I have been told by some, not necessarily all.
You migiht want to recall that the dipsticks were voted for and elected by the American people.
We're not running out of oil btw. The current high prices are brought to you by the same greedy shoots that brought you the collapse of housing; greedy speculators!
Thank you all for your kind comments! I do know, as well and I expect, all Americans also know, that we have oil on our land. I know we voted for the people that are in control, and we just pray that they will open their eyes and use the resources our Lord so generously provided for us.
Wonderful, right on. I'm wondering if our government is "saving" our oil for the time when we can no longer get any foreign oil. If so, it makes a hardship on us right now, but might be good in the future. If only we had a crystal ball.
My son would agree with you as he hit oil in Kansas back in January. He has 19 wells now.
husband is in the energy business. it's
not very fun right now to be hated by
the same people who could be benefitting
from us.
oh well, at least YOU get it!
buy american gas and oil!!!
Kansas Bob! Wow, 19 wells! I wish they'd find oil on my land. I guess we don't own enough land for them to drill. :(!
Letters, I'm sure it can be hard to do your job when there are people out there that just won't, or don't, understand what you do, and why you do it.
Thanks for stopping by!
