New Car

We are the proud owners of a new vehicle, and I wanted to share it with you. It isn't a brand new one, but it is a lot newer one than the one we've been driving. (It is a 1991 Lincoln Towncar!) Some of our 'new' immigrants will probably drive it until it hits over 300K! If we get as good a run out of this one as we did our Towncar, we will be pleased. I doubt if I am still driving in 13 years, but you never know! I could be like Grandma G and drive until I'm 85! YIKES!

The new vehicle is a Dodge Grand Caravan, the OLD one is the '91 Towncar. There, does that help Carole? Is your confusion settled?

Annapolis, here we come! J, are you ready to learn a new vehicle?

What is it? It's not a 91 Lincoln Towncar....

I'm confused....

You're confused? The new vehicle is a Dodge Grand Caravan. Year 2007, and it has 25,252 miles.

I drove it to town today, and I hope it won't take too long to get used to! Oops, I ended the sentence with a preposition.

Looks great! When is your first road trip? Omaha would be a great trial run.

Are you ready for us to come? You know I have all of my 'jobs' and I'll have to plan a little better to get time off! LOL!

As long as you don't hit a deer and drive it to town stuck in the front grill we will refrain from calling you the "Deer OLD Lady"

I am guessing that the seats are electric and you should be able to raise it so that you don't have to look between the steering wheel and the dash. :)

I Love Grandma Goossen. She gives us a bunch of laughs. I am sure that you will also when you reach 85.

I love you mom.

Carole: Are you still confused?

Tesa: We'll be there before you know it, but I'll call first!

RK: Thanks for stopping by!

JJ: I'd love to come your way, sometime. Your card is in the mail!

Phil: I thought I already provided lots of fodder for laughs, especially when I'm not around! Love you too!

I have a 1995 Chrysler LHS (Mafia Staff Car) and love it (yep - ended in a preposition!)

You new car is lovely!

Adrienne,
Thanks for stopping by! Oops, another preposition! (Do you wonder why that is wrong?) It sounds okay to me!

I'll visit your blogs!

Thanks for the comment, 50's girl.

I went to your blog and decided I don't want to live in the 50's anymore! I'll visit you from time to time!
